Ride For Africycle 3.0 is a group of friends coming together to raise money/awareness for Africycle and to have fun riding bicycles. On the ride, we do not care about posting times from each stage, breakaways or pursuits. Most of us do not have bicycle computers and not one rider has ever measured their V02 max, or tracked their wattage. There is nothing wrong with those sorts of things, they just aren’t us.
